Intensive Outpatient Psychiatry (IOP) are primarily for patients who suffer from substance abuse. IOP is for adults who need help and guidance of medical professions as an alternative to being supervised by a hospital or have recently been discharge from a hospital.
HERO’S offers individual, group therapy, and family therapy on a weekly basis. HERO’s has found group therapy to be the most effective in treating these cases and works through the process with each client. Group therapy provides a safety net and a support system amongst peers that are experiencing similar circumstances.
At HERO’s our goal is to return each client to their highest level of functionality in their lifetime if not better.
