Job readiness is one of the focal points of our program. We understand there are underlying problems preventing people from being ready for a job whether it be substance abuse, anger management or other hindrances but we keep in mind that the goal is to prepare each patient to enter or reenter the work force. Our Job readiness program helps our participants get and keep a new job.

We teach the basic skills to obtain a job. We take each participant and help them create or update their resume, we practice interviewing them, teach them day to day problem-solving methods that they may face on a job. We identify if a client wants to be in a certain industry of work. We give each person the tools to find out what is the criteria to get in their ideal field and realistically decide if they can work one temporary job while training for another.
